Dessers Keen On Genk Move – 9jabase

Cyriel Dessers has sets his sights on a move to Belgian Pro League club KRC Genk this summer, reports

Dessers is expected to leave Eredivisie club Heracles Almelo this summer with Belgian clubs, Genk, Antwerp and Turkish Super Lig champions Galatasaray among his suitors.

The Nigeria international, who was born in Limburg, Belgium once had stint with Lokeren in the Belgian top flight.

According to, the 25-year-old is keen on a return to Belgium with Genk his preffered destination.

Genk are already in talks with Heracles, who have demanded €5m for the striker.

Dessers linked up with Heracles from another Eredivisie club FC Utrecht last summer.

The former NAC Breda star scored 18 goals and registered six goals in 29 appearances for Heracles.

He was top scorer in the Eredivisie along with Feyenoord’s Steven Berghius.
